Please note: ClinLog ICU is a documentation and structuring tool. It assists the drafting of clinical notes but does not replace clinical judgement or the final record entry in the electronic health record.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using ClinLog ICU you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you must refrain from using the service.
2. Purpose of the service
ClinLog ICU is a professional tool for healthcare professionals who dictate ward rounds and structure them into the department's note format, ready to copy into the patient record. The tool assists documentation. It does not make clinical decisions and does not provide diagnostic advice.
3. User obligations
You may use ClinLog ICU for lawful purposes, and you agree to:
- Comply with confidentiality obligations and applicable healthcare law.
- Review and approve every note before copying it into the patient record.
- Not attempt to hack, misuse or overload the system.
- Not share your login with others.
4. Account creation and access
Access to ClinLog ICU requires approval. Your account is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse or close accounts that are misused.
5. Intellectual property
Content you create in ClinLog ICU remains your own. You grant ClinLog a non-exclusive licence to process and store the content for the purpose of delivering the service.
The platform itself, its source code, design and branding belong to Clin-Log ApS and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
6. Availability and uptime
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to carry out planned and unplanned maintenance.
7. Disclaimer
ClinLog ICU is provided "as is". We accept no liability for:
- Clinical decisions made on the basis of content in the tool.
- Loss of data due to technical errors.
- Indirect or consequential damage.
8. Changes to the service and terms
We reserve the right to change functionality and terms. Material changes are announced at least 14 days before they take effect.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at pott@clinlog.dk. We reserve the right to close accounts that breach these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are sought resolved through negotiation and otherwise before the Danish courts.
