A clinician (doctor, nurse or paramedic) speaks a clinical note, and ClinLog transcribes the speech to text. The speech can be unstructured and colloquial, contain filler words like um and uh, and involve several people.
ClinLog removes any patient-identifying details and structures the note into the format you want. That can be an organ-based ward-round format (central nervous system, respiratory, circulatory and so on), a prehospital format (MIST/ABCDE), or other formats such as an admission note, a rapid-response call or a progress note.
The structured note copies into the patient record, the prehospital record or other record systems, with no extra software to install.
